Im I wrong for leaving my husband being 30weeks pregnant??

I'm going through so much in my marriage right now. I'm 30 weeks pregnant, recently got on bed rest , I'm high risk, I have to get injections every week, had to get a cervical cerclage etc. My husband just expect me to do everything, just because he goes to work. He don't understand being pregnant is a full time job. He is like totally oblivious to my situation, even after knowing we had a still birth last July at 23 weeks... He is so disrespectful, he think I'm a lazy B!+($ and I just left to my mothers house last night. I have decided to stay away until I have this baby... I cannot be stress out. I won't be able to handle another lost. Im a wrong for leaving?
