tender / sensitive boobs? on the pill?

should I worry about possibly being pregnant if I'm having sore & sensitive boobs? I know it's a possible side effect of the pill but I'm a huge worry bug! 🙈 I haven't been sexually active in over a month & ive taken 6 pregnancy tests & they all came out negative...(the most recent one I took was this morning) any thoughts??
