Stomach cramps

Anyone else having bad stomach cramping or experienced this before. It's been going on for over a week now and tonight seems to be worse. Most of the time I can go to the bathroom and get some relief but tonight I have nothing productive just really bad cramping. I feel so aweful. Anyone have any ideas?
