Best acne home treatment?

What's the best one? I just recently broke out and need help!

A quick fix I found is to put tea tree oil on a q-tip and put it on each individual spot. It's a much more natural spot treatment, and I've found it works practically overnight. Just make sure to moisturize your face before doing it and when you get up in the morning to wash it off. The tea tree oil can dry out your skin if used by itself.

Facial cleanser - grapeseed oil
Toner - 1/3 apple cider vinegar 2/3 water
Moisturizer -  coconut oil
After  10 plus years of acne problems I finally realized my problem was the intense chemicals making my face red and break out more.  So much cheaper too!  All can be found in the cooking aisles for less than $15. A little oil goes a long way!
