Natural birth/ Doula's
Is anyone else looking to have a natural birth. I have nothing against epidurals or anything, in fact I am totally open to getting one if I decide I need one but my goal would be to have as little medical intervention as necessary (ie stripped membranes, pitocin, episiotomy etc) of course if it is truly medically necessary and me or the baby are in immediate danger than I have no problem doing what is needed to make sure we all come out of it healthy. Has anyone else used a doula or plans on using a doula? I have read and heard so many great things about having one and It would be nice to have someone other than my husband who knows how to help me relax.
