Baby night sweat?!

So my baby has been having diahrea and acid reflux. She's been on Zantac. She just woke up after three hours and completely soaked through her clothes and sheets and diaper. Has this happened to anyone else? The amount of sweat is crazy....

Are you sure it's sweat or might it be pee? My son's diaper got too full after sleeping for a long stretch at night and leaked out the back and side up to his armpit...

My little guy had looser stool on zantac, but didn't sweat more while on it. He does get a little sweaty on his upper back and neck while sleeping, though. Is this the first time she has sweat through? I'd monitor and talk to your doctor about a possible med change if it continues. We tried several different reflux meds before finally settling on omeprazole (prilosec). Neither zantac, axid, or prevacid worked for my son.
