Not pregnancy related but I'm curious ...

The other day we were in bumper to bumper traffic at a red light. The light had just turned green when this biker that had been going between traffic (was impatient) cut us right off!! He almost got hit because he came from behind us and we had no idea he was there. Thankfully we didn't hit him but would that be deemed our fault or his???
