Am I a slut or trashy because I retweeted a picture of a girl getting eaten out by her boyfriend?

My best friend attcked me saying I was acting like a "hoe"and "slut " " trashy" and a whole bunch of other things and she said that she couldn't be associated with a "girl like me" because of a retweet and then she said I was jealous of her and I wanted to be her when I defended myself. She said I disrespectful and petty and a slut because I like sex and porn. Why is it a big deal  and why is it trashy to be horny
