Bleeding

So yesterday I had a kind of long road trip from Illinois to Georgia. I get home in Georgia and when I use the bathroom it's like dry blood in the toilet but it was red not brown. I wipe myself  and it was little pink. I called my doctor about it and she said if I see it again call back. So I took a nap woke up seen it again and it was even more. I ended up going in to the office and they did a pelvic exam and everything to see where it was coming from and couldn't find out where it was coming from so they put me on bed rest. I woke up again today to use the rest room and it's happening again. I'm getting nervous and just wanted to know is that normal?? Has any other mom went thru the same thing?? The twins hearts beats were great they were moving around and everything. I'm just scared and crying because I do not wanna lose them.
