Bile throw up?! Is it bad?

Should i get up to eat meals at 3am? Im pregnant with twins.

I try and eat a snack before bed.  A bowl of cereal is great for that.  It helps keep my hunger at bay.  If I do wake up (usually to pee) and I'm hungry, I'll grab a granola bar.  I try not to eat anything to heavy but sometimes I can't ignore my tummy.

At the beggining of my pregnancy when I was feeling sick I keep a packet of crackers by my bed, they just seem to soak everything up enough to make you feel better

It's normal. You don't need to get up and eat in the middle of the night unless you really want to.
