Pimples down there!

Since being pregnant, I have had 3 huge pimples "down there" currently 14w6d. Two were on the very top of my legs and just had one appear that is on my lips :( so painful, they don't seem to pop either. I'm guessing it's due to all the hormones going on? Never suffered with this before.
