Vitamin water with Taurine?

I just realized the vitamin water I have been drinking, maybe 3-4 a week, has 10 mg of Taurine. Seems like nothing to worry about, but I don't know that much about it. Anyone more knowledgeable about this?

It's not "good" for you in synthetic form but you'll be fine. I just wouldn't recommend drinking any more.

If you're worried, stop for now and ask your doctor. If they say it's okay, it should be fine. Everything in moderation is king, especially when pregnant.

I know that your body produces taurine although I'm not sure What the risks of extra might be.
