Should I be worried?

My right foot and ankle has been significantly more swollen than my left for a little over 24 hrs straight now.. I did travel for about 6.5 hours in a car today on my way home from vacation. But I noticed the swelling at the hotel last night. It has been VERY hot outside recently and we had no AC at the hotel last night. Should I call my doctor tomorrow? Any advice? Thank you ladies.

I would call your doctor just to be safe.  Normal swelling tends to happen bi-laterally, so one-sided swelling could potentially be a concern. It's better to have your doctor evaluate it. If the swelling gets worse and painful quickly, you may want to call your doctor's emergency line or even, unfortunately, go to the ER. Hopefully it's nothing, but always better to be safe!
