So I am considering buying and using tampons for the first time. I am almost 19 and I am a virgin so I will obviously feel weird and discomfort putting it for the first time. Any tips or advice as to how I can do it? And any brands you guys suggest? I am a heavy bleeder but I should probably start out with small tampons and work my way up, right?
