Hi guys ! Can we all take a step back to help me out !

My daughter is a little over 2 months old which I only conceived due to clomid .  I'm not on birth control yet . But we've been regularly having sex without a condom (yikes ) I know but I wasn't concerned due to the fertility issues prior . I EBF also , my doctor said most people don't get pregnant while breastfeeding  Could I still be spotting  from giving birth , I'm spotting  little bits of dark dark red blood after I pee like old blood , or does this sound like implantion bleeding ...... So anyone who experienced implantion bleeding could you help me out here ! I didn't experience with my first .... PLEASE help ....
