40+4 weeks as of midnight, scheduled for Cervidil at 4:00PM today. I've been up since 10pm, it is now 4am with contractions 10 minutes apart, lasting about 1 minute. I just breathe through them. I can't sleep because they are 10m apart and I'll fall asleep after one and wake up to the next, I'm so uncomfortable and in pain.

Water hasn't broken yet, but still losing the last bits of my mucous plug as the contractions get stronger. Baby also isn't moving. Should I call my midwife, wait for call back and ask if I should go in or just go in? My hubby fell asleep like 15m ago.
