Bleeding! Help! maybe TMI

7W4D. So last night after some fun with my DH, no sex but fooling around, I went to the bathroom and saw bright red blood. I freaked out and wiped it away, it was only enough to fill up a few pieces of paper, but there were small clots in it. I then spent the entire night worrying and running to the bathroom to check and as of this morning there is nothing but a leftover brownish tinge. I've heard after orgasm sometimes bleeding can occur? The doctor did see a small blood clot near the baby sac two weeks ago but didn't explain what it was. I'm praying that that was the bleeding. Had no cramps which was strange after what we did because it usually causes cramps. Just had very small tinges in my abdomen here and there. Has anyone ever experienced this? I'm calling Dr tomorrow morning since their office is closed today. Any advice? First time pregnant.
