Confused AGAIN HELP!?!?!

So after having a 48 day cycle I started my period and it came on strong.. clotting like crazy and such bad cramps. Now I'm almost finished and before I got dear AF my boobs were so itchy and now that I'm almost finished with AF my nipples are so swollen and itchy still.. the tips on my nipples are very white as well.. did anyone else experience a heavy period with clots and tummy pains and still wind up prego?? I've never had my boobs itch like this before and my nipples are so sore.
