This author talks about you can at any age! Just depends on your egg quality. I started these supplements a month ago and I ovulated on my own which has never really happens.

It is possible at almost 37, but I don't think it's very likely to happen while you're on your period.  Women usually ovulate in the middle of their cycle,  which is after the period stops.  I'm not saying it's impossible... stranger things have happened.
