So my boyfriend is 17 he doesn't turn 18 until may of 2017. Well he has been with me and the baby at my parents house ever since the baby was born but now his mom won't let him stay the night anymore...At the hospital the social worker explained that I'm now a adult in the eyes of the state and if I wanted to emancipate I don't have to because they consider me a adult so I was wondering if that applies to the father too?
