I'm so tired

All I want to do all day everyday is sleep. I'm seven weeks four days!! 😍 Is there ANYTHING in this world that can boost my energy levels... I feel the most boring I've ever been in my life and I feel bad for my partner.

I'm not sure if it's because I constantly feel ill and uncomfortable that I want to sleep so much. I also feel freezing cold nearly everyday is that worrying?
