31w6d with possible bladder infection or u.t.i

TMI LADIES!

Can anyone who has ever experienced one tell me what it's like to have a uti or bladder infection while pregnant?? I've never had one before so I am unsure.

I took my shower last night and shaved like normal and when I got out I had a burning sensation "down there" like I had to pee but when I went to the bathroom, nothing came out. It also felt like the inner walls of my vagina were contracting. I have no abdomen pain and the baby is moving still so it's nothing to do with him, but I am super uncomfortable. I woke up this morning and felt swollen and sore like I had had really rough sex the night before....

I'm calling my doc when they open at 10, just wanted to know what others thought
