Prenatal Vitamins make you sick??

Good Morning ladies!

Has anyone had their prenatal vitamins ever make them throw up? I usually only get nauseated but this morning mine actually made me puke about 30 mins after I took it. I'm only 5dpo so I know it's way to early to have any kind of symptoms if I was pg. So I'm thinking that's what it was bc I feel fine now.

Could be the DHA in the vitamins. A lot of women can't handle DHA during pregnancy and makes your pregnancy sickness awful.

Make sure you are eating with them. You're supposed to so if you're not that could be the cause

Mine do also! Take them with a meal!

All vitamins have a tendency to make me sick. I would try to take them with some light food. Sometimes it helps to have something on your stomach.

Yes mine do it all the time. Take them with milk and food, or take them at night before bed.
