Is it bad?

So I'm honestly confused. I'm 15 but I want a baby. I've wanted to be a mom since I was 13. I'm not going to get pregnant ( still want to go to college so that my kids have a good life) but is it bad that I want to be a mom. For hevans sake I've even started treating my cat like a baby.

Some people are born with that motherly instinct. I was! From out of the womb I carried around a babydoll, pretending to breastfeed and take care of it. Once my siblings were born my mom said I was like a little nanny. I did all the bottle, medicine, diapers, pushing the carriage, for my siblings and when we would watch my cousins.

I've wanted to be a mother since I could remember. Use it!! Use that drive to better yourself. Get a good degree and a job that makes you happy and will help you support your future babies. Take care of your body and yourself. Thats what has pushed me hardest in life - the drive to be a good mother who will provide for my child, even if I never found a husband. Im now about to graduate engineering school and have job opportunities that will put me exactly where I want to be to start a family.

Use your want to be a mother as the force that pushes you to become the best you that you can be. If you love yourself and love your job and your life, then you'll be able to raise a baby with so much less stress and be able to have proper maternity leave and give that child a wonderful life and place to grow up.

It's never too early to plan out your future. Strive to be the best future mother. Go to school. Get your degree. Make enough money to support a baby. It will be so much easier to wait that way. And it's so so so worth the wait.

No. I want a baby too! In the future. I would love to be a parent, but like you, I will wait to get my degrees and have a steady job before I have kids.
