Pregnant after IC...

Hello, and thank you for even reading this. I'm a happy mother to a bubbly almost 3 year old boy, and now an angel girl who came too soon at barely 24 weeks in March. After her struggle for 2 days, she left us. And now, completely unexpectedly, here I am. 5 weeks along with a miracle I can't even explain. I had my angel by emergency c section, and was planning to have tubal ligation done. They refused, and after a very ugly few months with this company..I have to go back. High risk pregnancy doctors around here are limited. I guess I'm needing advice, friends, anything. I refuse to let anyone know until we have our newest miracle living and breathing happy and healthy in my arms in March 2017. I never reach out online, and now it's where I'd like to turn. If I can be an ear for you too, let me know. How did you get through the passing of one and the birth of another? Thank you all.
