Difference between PMS and early pregnancy?

Hello ladies,

Is early pregnancy often mistaken for pms? Did you have a feeling like you will get your period with all the normal symptoms (sore boobs etc) and then you missed one and actually are pregnant? Is there a clear difference between early pregnancy symptoms and pms?
