Ovulation test used as a pregnancy test?

I have run out of pregnancy tests and have ovulation tests left is it possible to use one as a pregnancy test. I will buy a pregnancy test later on but was just wondering as I'm eager to take one now

I got a positive ovulation test(about 9 DPO)  but a pregnancy test was negative :/

I'm not sure how true it can but i actually did have a positive opk on 11dpo after i got my bfp on 10dpo. Hope this works.

Yes I got a second line on one the last time I was pregnant at 10dpo . Got a positive pregnancy test later that day . Go for it 👍🏻
