Seriously about ready to give up...

Okay so 9 months ago today my partner and i decided to start trying for our first baby together... i knew there would be complications because of my 3 previous miscarriages with my ex. At first my periods were normal and for me normal is like a week off each month... but then a month later i didnt get a period for 3 months! Positive test but no baby 😢 and the doctor couldnt figure out where my period was.. the next period was 2 months late and then a month... it seems to be getting closer but i feel like giving up. Theres no way of knowing when I'm ovulating or if i actually do...
