IUI success stories and tips!

Hello. This is my first post and I'm curious if anyone has any advice. My DH and I have been ttc for 4 years. I have PCOS and DH is all good. After a long and hard road (of medicated cycles and natural) our Doc is doing an IUI in the next month or two. (After he checks to make sure my tubes are clear in a couple days). The IUI is with clomid. I want to know anything and everything. Any tips? Before and after the IUI. Any success stories from your first IUI?
