What was everyone's first pregnancy symptoms and how soon did they occur after conception?

First symptom was missed period I found out when I was 4 weeks pregnant and didn't have any other symptoms until week 6 when the awful morning sickness began

Hot flashes started almost instantly.  Turned into sore breast and constant nausea
