Psychic medium prediction

Ladies, I contacted a psychic medium to see if she could help me with the grieving of my miscarriages. She told me the baby I've been dreaming of is my son trying to tell me he's still here for me. She then asked me about wanting another baby and if I am preventing pregnancy. I told her I've been wanting a baby and haven't been preventing it. She then told me she has a feeling that I will have a baby in my arms by August of next year. She told me she sees a sign that I will conceive twins in November between the 12th and the 17th. My question is has anyone contacted a psychic medium, and has it been accurate?
