Wisdom teeth removal/ fitness goal..

Augustina • Hello ladies:) My name is Augustina and I am 24 and TTC !
This is kind of long.. But for months I have struggled with my weight. Im 5'3 and 155 lbs. I feel comfortable sharing on this app since there are so many like me. This is my story/ goals and plans. I want to lose 20-25 pounds. I work night shifts rn but starting a new day  job August 10th. Since November, I only eat once a day & I stay up all night and sleep during the day. I struggled with depression (it comes and goes) so I stayed in bed for weeks and didn't do anything really. I gained a lot of weight because I'm so out of wack.
Recently things have gotten so much better for me and I'm happy with everything except the way I look.
I'm ready to make a change!! I recently got my wisdom teeth removed. Since I can't drink or eat certain things for a couple weeks, I think this is the time where I'm finally going to be able to get my shit together; health wise.
They say it takes 21 days to form a good habit. Technically I'm on my 7th day of eating regularly even though it's soft food every 6 hours. But for months I've been eating only once a day, which is very unhealthy, and I don't sleep. So I think if I follow these plans I'll be able to achieve my goal.
Step 1. Eat regularly & healthy.
Step 2. Get on a normal sleep schedule. Step 3. Exercise!
First step is halfway complete.
After my last night shift on the 5th, I'll be able to get on a regular sleep schedule. Step 3 is currently a work in progress. I'm fortunate enough to be working with a personal trainer.
I'll be satisfied with me again in no time. I can do this.
Sorry for the unnecessary long and pointless post, but any ladies welcome to join me in this journey, comment your stories or tips/ advice is welcomed and appreciated! For everyone fighting, we can do this!!
