I gave birth just short of 3 weeks ago, I'm not on any contraception because I've had a c section and didn't think it was possible to have sex before I was fully healed. My partner has cummed inside me twice now, what are my chances of being pregnant again because I'm absolutely shitting it!

You are most fertile after giving birth, whether by c section or vaginal! That's why they tell you not to have sex for a four to six, besides just giving your body time to heal. Even if you aren't pregnant again condoms might be good till you get back on a normal cycle again if you don't want to take the pill.

Am I the only one that was told not sex until my 6 week f/u? Sex unprotected either before or after child birth has a high chance of pregnancy especially after having a baby!
