How long did you wait?

Question

Today I got told I've miscarried again this is my 2nd miscarriage, I was 6 weeks when lost this baby, how long did you wait until trying again? And what was ways to cope afterwards at the moment I'm finding it very hard.

Thank you so much, I'm so sorry for your loss aswell and I hope you will have your Bfp soon, The doctor just said to wait 2 months so I'll probably wait the 2 months and during that time take the time to prepare and get ready to concieve again.

I am in the same boat and have the same questions as you. I miscarried March 31st. It was natural and it was basically like my period was just late. I had blood work done twice, the day after my mc my levels were 5 then 3 days later they were back in the negatives where they should be. I only bled for 4-5 days, like a normal period. We are just ready to try again asap. I would think since it was natural, I did not need a d & c and that my hormones went back to normal immediately that I should be ok to get back on the baby train. But I also worry what if there is nothing built up for the baby to stick to?? I completely understand your worries and emotions. I am right there with you. Good luck and we are all here for you :-)

I miscarried March 3.  My doc told me there is no scientific reason to wait nor any physical reason. She said the time we wait to start TTC again is 100% up to me and my DH. I found that while I was mentally ready to start trying again, it's a little frustrating to understand your cycle after miscarriage until your next period and I finally had my period and am back on track with charting.

​I want to tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. It's the hardest thing I had ever gone through and I thought my heart would burst from the pain. Give yourself love, time, patience, and a good support system and it will be ok. I know that when people told me it would be ok, it angered me because I felt as though I'd never be ok. But I promise, you will.  You've got lots of people on this site rooting for you. Best of luck to you.
