Yellow cm ?

Well I was on my period for 13 days I am irregular and I have been off for a week now but I have had brown stuff for 3days it stopped last night and according to apps I ovulated last week I keep going on and off about wanting a baby atm as partner isn't sure we are ready for another child yet but I'm not due on my af for another 3 weeks as I know my cycle number . I also has 2 lines on ovulation test 5 days ago .my cervix is soft but I can't tell if it's high or low :/ I'm so confused
