Advice please
So I workout crazy everyday I take preworkout and vitamins, this morning my boobs were hurting really bad while I was jogging and I do a lot of lower abdomen work outs, when I tried this week it's been hurting bad, today after I ran I checked my breast and I'm leaking milk! If I'm pregnat idk what to do! This will be my second child and i am not ready for this😞
