Always bladder protection

I have been looking for products to use after our son is born for the afterbirth period. I looked at a few different products and one that I found was the new Always bladder protection underwear and wanted to know 1. If anyone had used them already and 2. If they would recommend them? I realize that they say they are for bladder protection and there for may not work for the heavy flow. I requested a trial pack from Always and obviously haven't been able to try them yet.  Any insite on this product would be very much appreciated!
