Saw a speck of red and have been a nervous wreck

A few hours ago after using the restroom I noticed a couple specks of red, I would saw blood specks on the toilet paper after wiping. It was so small that I almost didn't notice anything and the only reason I did was because ever since becoming pregnant I pay close attention to everything. I have been running to the bathroom every second now checking and haven't noticed anything else. I have not really had any pain or cramps, just a little here and there but nothing major at all, nothing that doesn't seem to go away quickly. I don't know if this is something I need/should be concerned about or if I am over reacting.
