I don't want my husband to know...

I am PRETTY sure I have hemmroids for the first time :( I will be 35 weeks on Saturday - and after doing some reading they seem normal right now. But I have an appointment on Friday, and I assume I should mention them to my doc? Or can I just not?

Anyway - my husband has been INCREDIBLE and there every step of the way and at all appointments. I REALLY don't want to have this conversation with my doc while hubby is in the room. Do I just ask him to leave and him wonder what's going on? What's the best way to handle my very petty situation? TIA🙈
