Diva cup!?

What's everybody's thoughts on it? I have one and used it for the first time the other day. I felt like it amplified my cramps. So, i switched  back to tampons. Anyone else have this problem?

I love menstrual cups. They have been life-altering. My husband and I have been living with his family while we look for a house and it's been so nice not to have to worry about pads and tampons in the bathroom or in the trash can. It also needs to be emptied much less often than tampons or pads so I can go the whole day out at work and change it when I return home, no leaks! The silicone doesn't dry and irritate my vagina the way tampons do and I don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper like with pads. I haven't felt any change with cramps in relation to diva cup, though I have noticed that changes in my diet and excercise habits strongly affect cramps.
