At 37 weeks on Sunday July 31st @ 3am started having lots of pressure in my abdomen every 5 minutes. They continued for many hours and started to get painful. Went to L&D and went from 3cm to 4.5 cm in 2 hours and was admitted. Later I got my epidural maybe around 6pm @ 5cm. I didn't progress until 3am Aug. 1st to 6cm then I finally started having regular contractions which made me jump to 9cm at 5:20 am. After she checked me at 5:20am I started feeling lots of pressure honestly thinking she was gonna fly out and jumped to 10cm at 5:35am. My water hadn't broken yet but while doing a few practice pushes my water broke on the nurse it just splashed out (LOL) it was crazy! My epidural had worn off and I could feel lots of pressure & burning. Thankfully I didn't tear at all and no episiotomy was needed. So finally at 6:12 am my baby Sofia was here! She weighs in at 6lbs 8oz & is 19 1/2 inches long. I was in labor about 25hours but it was so worth it! Love her so much ❤️❤️❤️
