drama cleanse
ever since my daughter was born I feel like I spend waaaay too much time on Facebook and Twitter arguing about stupid things. I'm so addicted to it, it's really sad and I feel guilty about it. I deleted my apps (not my accounts) and I want to start a social media/drama cleanse. any tips on how to keep them deleted for at least the next week or two? any words of encouragement? I feel like my health deserves this, especially with a possible custody battle in the (near?) future. I need as little stress as possible with a 7 week old! any help would be so appreciated :) (adding anonymously because I'm so embarrassed by my bad habit 😓)
