Do you have a baby shower for a child that is not your first?

Most will have another shower if the gender is different than the first or if they are a good amount of years apart. If they are the same gender and close in age, most will assume you still have most of those items to reuse.

But, there's no official rules! Do whatever you want! Some also believe every baby should be celebrated no matter what. It's up to you and your SO

Yes! Baby showers are about celebrating the life, so even if no one brings gifts it's still a good time!

My baby will be born 5 days before my oldest turns 9, and a month later my second will turn 8...my best friend made me have a baby shower bc I literally only have my favorite baby outfits left from either child lol

Never had a baby shower I have no family. And my husband side don't care for my kids so I do it all on my own.

ABSOLUTELY. This is my second, SO's first and you bet your ass we will be having a shower for her.
