Like Mother, Like Daughter! Do your pregnancy symptoms seem to resemble your Mothers symptoms from when she had you?

Just doing a little personal research. My symptoms are exactly like my mothers! Down to the fact that even sausage was both our food adversion. All my high risk diagnosis, she had. When the morning sickness stopped. The amount of weight loss is the same. Everything! Just wondering if anyone else see's a pattern with their mother.

My mom apparently puked w/ all 4 of her pregnancies, she craved ice, couldn't stand the smell of the soap cleaning supplies aisle @ the grocery store etc. I've been nauseated on & off, some gagging but no actual vomiting, I don't appear to crave any one particular thing, & I love the smell of soap (I'm grossed out smell wise by the same things I didn't like pre pregnancy: fish, our kitchen compost bin, garlic, my pets poo, body odor on the bus) She was really surprised that I didn't vomit, she thought every pregnant lady did :)

My mom, sister, and I have all had very similar pregnancies. Little to no nausea, about the same weight gain, minimal stretch marks, etc. Very easy!

My mom told me my pregnancy so far has gone almost exactly how hers went when she was pregnant with my brother...the difference is I'm having a girl 😊
