How much baby food compared to table food?

My son is 10 months and enjoys table food so was just wondering for those of you who feed baby food how much baby food is you LO eating compared to table food. I give his regular meals as baby food and then offer table food after.

Mine is starting to refuse purées, preferring to eat what we're eating. I have to be careful bc she still has no teeth, but I try to give her as much as I can.

Mine has been refusing baby food since about 6 1/2 - 7 months 😂 so all she eats is table food and her occasional bottle

We're now just phasing out. And getting her to basically all regular food. She will be 11 months on the 27th. I'm off work for 2 weeks so we figured this was the best time versus doing it at daycare.

Mines been eating table since about 7.5 months. She refused purées & anything she couldn't feed herself by 8 months. Now at 11 she eats everything we do

Mine doesn't eat baby food. Never liked it, He eats what we eat and has formula. We just weaned for breastfeeding completely this month he's 10 months :)

We do BLW at home, and send baby food to daycare. So he gets whatever we are having for dinner, in a smaller quantity, and a purée at lunch.

Mine has table food and usually three bottles which he may not finish or might drink every last drop of. I give him normal adult breakfast cereal (no added sugar or salt) and make his meals so he never eats baby food. Since moving back to the US I'm shocked by what goes into baby food and snacks here. I will bake a normal or a sweet potato and add in finely chopped chicken or carefully flaked fish, or maybe ground beef (he likes cottage pie). He either gets veggies chopped into it or some that he can feed himself and I usually add a healthy dose of unsalted butter or grated cheese. Breast milk is up to 50% fat, now he's on fruits, veggies, cereal and lean proteins I want to make sure he gets enough fat for healthy development and brain growth. His dad is like, he shouldn't be having that, butter is bad for you.....but then he thought he could feed him a Michelina Lean Gourmet microwave meals so we just do what we do 😐

He eats a lot of table food but I'll admit for daycare it's just easiest to throw in those gerber graduates lil meals.
