Sexual lull

So my boyfriend and I of 3 years have been in a slump😒 he works long hours at a hospital and it seems we are two ships passing in the night for the last month! Yes! MONTH!! Any advice on how to amend this? It's not that we aren't attracted to eachother anymore it's more of finding the time!😔 adult problems!!!
