help please

i know this might sound stupid to some but i need to calm myself down, i just had sex twice without a condom, i'm on the pill, i bled during it the first time but figured maybe that's because we hadn't had sex in about three weeks and it was very tight and somewhat painful because it was just such a tight fit this time, but he came inside of me, full on, which i was aware of and allowed it to happen. i should be okay because i'm on the pill correct? i know it's effective most of the time i'm just wondering if my risk is increased highly by him actually cumming inside of me. which is an obvious yes but i'm just i think i should be fine because of the pill but obviously i'm still going to worry. the second time we had sex today he didn't cum inside of me though. for reference i'm 18 and i take my pill every night at the same time and never miss it.
