Tummy hurts??

So I'm 3 weeks 6 days pregnant and I'm having like dull pain around my uterus like almost constantly. There are no drops in my symptoms so I don't think it's a mc. Does anyone know what it could it be?

Your uterus stretching and prepping to grow a human, also your body releases a chemical that loosens all your tendons around your hips to make room for everything to grow. You'll feel twinges and tweaks for a while. Mine were bad at 4-5.5 weeks now they come and go maybe every second day or when I lay down after a lot of activity. Totally normal.
