How did you spill the beans to your parents/family?

Honestly I just told them. I wanted to do cute ideas however both of girls put me in the hospital before I could come up with anything cute lol. But my cousin made a rhyme up and had it put on a wooden bored. She wrapped it up and gave it to her dad for Christmas. (Obviously that's not going to work for you but the idea is cute)

We did these for my husbands parents. My parents have passed but we told my family as a group!

For my parents I got a willow statue of a grandmother and child and gave it to my mom for her birthday. My in-laws we made more memorable. My father in law had surgery to remove his prostate due to cancer. He doesn't do well in hospital or being sick. We waiting until after his surgery to give him his get well card. They are very religious and so we write a scripture about offspring. He was confused and said last time he heard that scripture someone was having a kid. My husband then pulls out a picture frame with a picture of the ultrasound. That's how they found out they were expecting their first grandchild.

We had our parents over on superbowl Sunday and gave them this...

I made thanksgiving cards. On the front they said "This year we are thankful for our house, our dog, (I feel like there was something else but can't remember) and... " then the inside said "Baby due June 2016" I had stickers with family names and put their new titles inside with other baby related stickers. I made one for my parents, one for my sister, one for SO's dad, sister and fiance, mom and step-dad.

My mom was already suspicious but everyone else was totally surprised and super happy!

I told them on April 1st when I was exactly 13 weeks.  Of course everyone thought it was an April Fools joke.
