I had my baby late Friday night and have a couple of questions. My nipples are bruised and are tender when she first latches on, is this normal to have bruises? No bleeding just looking purple. Second question is I had a vaginal birth and pushes for an hour and a half. I feel swollen down there still, how long will it feel inside outish!? It's a bit painful too but I did tear inside and need stitches.
